Catharsis
This is a discussion of anger. The anger that we have come to imaging as boiling in our blood, steaming from our ears, putting a fire in our eyes. Sometimes this rage is deep within us, etched into the very nature of our soul, sometimes it is a mark cursed upon us by those we study from. Some of us let it ruin our lives, others use that anger and make something out of it.
Today you will learn of the anger that has a hold on you or the ones around you, how it can be positive and or destructive. We will study if this is the natural feeling of humanity, what we want to do and what we’re supposed to do according to recommended guidelines to live comfortably. The dangers of withholding anger and consistency of circumcising to it. As well as the varying types of anger, such as: envy, wrath, humility, grief, disappointment of self. Many being the hardest emotions to overcome.
