Castle Rock

The musical story of a man’s confrontation with the Devil and the discussions that follows between the two.

Devil came around to the Floodlands to ruin another soul.

What else to find a boy already living on the edge.

On the edge of living, tell me boy what will it take for your eternal damnation?

It takes little when I have my own desire.

I am already a little hellion, to their words, somewhat of a rebel.

I love and I need not much to make my way to you these days.

I’ll play your game but you already gave me a gift.

Have we met before? Three golden hairs?

The gift of music?

I have been made of perfection and then the world was hidden away from me.

They hid shame from me, but you did not hide temptation.

Why a perfect world if they decided for evil to exist?

Was the gift of evil a blessing gone awry?

How else can I be blessed with free will?

You gave me freewill. You made my possibilities real. Now I can feel blue, I can suffer for rock and roll. Why live this life if not to satisfy my soul.

Suffer before my joy. Or my joy to suffer.

Now I have her to suffer over.

Stay tuned for more.
